Geriatrics/Adult Home Care Program
This program is offered to clients with chronic conditions, the frail, elderly and disabled. The services that we provide for each client are determined for that individual based on his or her needs.
Some of the services that Tri-Borough Home Care provide include:
- Twenty four (24) hours care
- Physical, occupational and speech therapies
- Care for ventilator assisted clients
- Skilled nursing services
- Assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, chores and grocery shopping
It goes without saying that many people prefer their own home to institutional care. By allowing a client to remain in a familiar environment, he or she will often feel more at ease and consequently recover more quickly. The comforts of home provide a peace of mind that is difficult to replicate within a long-term care facility.
